Sweet banana pancakes!

Base Ingredients:
1 banana
2 eggs
2 tbsp rolled oats
Olive oil for cooking
Directions:
Mash the banana until you see no more chunks.
Add the eggs and whisk together.
Add the oats and mix.
Add a little oil to your pan to start cooking.
Pour a little batter onto your pan. Flip when ready and voila your first pancake is done!
Optional ingredients:
1. Raspberry pancakes
1/2 cup of raspberries
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp chia seeds
You can either mash the raspberries up and drizzle on top of your pancakes when cooked or mix it to the banana and egg batter, cook and enjoy!
2. Blueberry pancakes
1/2 cup blueberries
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp blue poppy seeds
Throw the extra ingredients into your batter, cook and enjoy. And if you like, add a few more onto the cooked pancakes
3. Chunky chocolate pancakes
1 handful of chocolate chips
1/4 tsp coco powder
Mix the extra ingredients into your batter, cook and enjoy!
