Homemade fruit & nut smoothie bakuli.

Granola:
Ingredients-
- 1 cup raw rolled oats
- 2 tbs maple syrup
- 1tsp chia seeds
- 1 handful nuts & seeds
- 1 handful dried fruit
Directions-
1. Toast the oats
2. Add the syrup
3. Add the rest of the ingredients
( tip: cook on low heat)
Smoothie
Ingredients-
- frozen banana
- frozen mango & paw paw
- 1/2 plant based milk
- 1/2 Greek yogurt
Directions -
Blend it all together
